Tailoring & DressmakingTools
There was a time, not so very long ago, when every town had a tailor and dressmaker. Most were skilled crafts men and women who built made-to-measure suits and dress from patterns. Others were true artists who created completely original and unique garments for their clients.
As with all craftsmen and artists, tailors and dressmakers employ special tools in the practice of their craft. Tools which are now days difficult, if not impossible, to find.
Our tailoring tools are reproductions of original tools from the golden era of custom tailoring and dressmaking. Each tool is made by hand in the USA of durable hardwoods and designed to last a lifetime of hard use.
